Design and Installation Quality
Tanya Nemeth and Adam BoBadam both had positive experiences with the design and installation services provided by the company. Tanya mentioned that the design team, led by Christie, did a fantastic job with her bathroom vanity projects, resulting in maximum storage and beautiful quartz countertops. Adam praised the company's access to a huge selection of kitchen and bath possibilities and their exceptional taste and attention to detail.
Poor Customer Service
However, the majority of the reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the company's customer service. Maria Pasalic had to wait four months for delivery and was not informed that removing existing vanities would be an extra cost. Blue Orchid and Cj Urech both described their experiences as terrible, citing unprofessional behavior and rudeness from the owners. Bob Junior also mentioned that the customer service was poor and that the staff lacked the necessary skills.
Contract Issues
Maria Pasalic and Cj Urech both had issues with the contract, stating that it did not include all the services that were eventually required. Maria was not informed that plumbing connection was not included, and Cj had issues with the sink hole being cut incorrectly and not centered as ordered.
