Airport Experience
The reviewer, Abbey Murawnik, had a horrible experience at the YUL airport, specifically with the taxi service Bonjour. The incident occurred at midnight, and the reviewer's friend was on crutches in -30°C weather.
Dispatcher's Unhelpful Behavior
The dispatcher allegedly denied them a cab multiple times and even waved off taxis on purpose, saying "good luck getting a cab" to the reviewer. This behavior was deemed unacceptable, especially given the reviewer's friend's disability.
