Empowering Sustainable Design for a Better Tomorrow

Mohawk Bay Park & Campground offers a unique camping experience, nestled on the shores of the Bay of Quinte. With daily, weekly, and seasonal options available, we are the ideal destination for your next camping adventure. Our park prides itself on three fundamental components: setting, cleanliness, and management.

The Perfect Setting

Our park is located on 300 metres (1000 feet) of picturesque shoreline, offering stunning views of the Long Reach of the Bay of Quinte. No site is situated more than 100 metres (327 feet) from the water's edge, ensuring that every camper enjoys the beauty and serenity of the lake. The majority of our sites are shaded, located under mature trees that provide a natural canopy. The park's topography is level, making it easy to set up your trailer or tent.

Unmatched Cleanliness

Cleanliness is our strong suit. Our washrooms are modern, equipped with showers, abundant hot water, and flush toilets. All sites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, with regular grass cutting and tree trimming to prevent any damage. Our front office and store management are efficient, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Summer Activities

Throughout the summer, we organize a variety of activities for our campers, catering to diverse interests. These include camp suppers, Euchre, Charity Auctions, Shuffleboard and Horseshoe Tournaments, BINGO every weekend, and outdoor Family Dances on Long Weekends. For indoor entertainment, we host Movie nights, showing family-friendly films at our Recreation Centre.

For those who prefer quieter pursuits, we offer tennis, shuffleboard, and horseshoes, as well as fishing and boat rides along the beautiful shoreline. Alternatively, you can relax by the pool or find a spot under a tree on your site to enjoy the lake breeze.

Services at Mohawk Bay Park & Campground

Our services include a beach, pool, horseshoe pit, recreation centre, basketball and volleyball courts, a children's play area, a tennis court with floodlights, and 145 sites with water and electricity. We also provide hot showers and washrooms, a dump station, portable pumpout, propane refill, a store with firewood and ice, an information stand, boat and motor rentals, docks for boats under 16ft., shuffleboard, and 8-ball pool. We offer trailer and boat rentals, as well as various other rentals.

Park Rules

Upon entering the park, campers are provided with park rules. The most important rule, which we strictly enforce, is "Quiet Time." Quiet Time is from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Sundays to Thursdays, and from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Mohawk Bay Park is a friendly, clean family park, and these rules are in place to maintain its tranquil ambiance.
