Rhiannon P. gave a 1-star rating and shared a negative experience with the dealership. She was interested in a vehicle, discussed her budget with a sales rep, and even test drove the car, only to be disappointed by the lack of honesty and loyalty. The car was in service for over a month, and when she was ready to purchase, the price was not honoured as previously discussed. She feels wasted time and was lied to by the sales rep, Mike.
