Outstanding Service from Twilight
The staff at Twilight Hot Tubs are absolutely fantastic! Never having owned a hot tub before, I went to this organization with plenty of questions. And not only did they have answers, they also had high fives and handshakes as well. What I'm saying is that the people at Twilight not only helped me to feel more confident and informed by skillfully answering each of my questions, but they also made me feel comfortable and welcome in their store. And that's what really matters most to me, excellent customer service.
Customer Experience and Repair Services
The staff at Twilight Hot Tubs are absolutely fantastic! The staff, including Amanda and Andrew, provide excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, Andrew was able to quickly and efficiently identify a problematic seal in one of our hot tub pumps, and provided a very satisfactory customer experience.
Problems with Maintenance and Customer Service
There are some issues with the maintenance and customer service provided by Twilight Hot Tubs. For instance, the staff at Twilight may not properly teach you how to maintain your tub. They will sell you on it being an easy occasional process when in fact it takes careful attention and monitoring and is expensive. Additionally, there have been some issues with valve failure, and the company may not cover the cost to fix it, even if it happens within a short period of time after purchase.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability
There have been some issues with the customer service provided by Twilight Hot Tubs. For example, Darryl, the manager, has been described as being unhelpful and unfriendly. He has failed to look up at customers, remember their orders, and has even sold a tub to someone else directly without notifying the customer. Additionally, when issues arise, such as a leaky valve, the company may not take responsibility for fixing it, even if it happens within a short period of time after purchase.
