Founded in 1948 by Reg Wilkinson, our business began with a vision to provide Sudbury's men with the finest quality menswear. Starting from a modest store on Durham Street, we've grown through generations of family leadership, expanding our offerings and physical space to meet evolving customer needs. In 1962, Reg's son Bob joined the team after graduating from the University of Waterloo, marking the beginning of second-generation stewardship. The 1970s saw significant expansion into adjacent spaces, allowing us to create a distinctive retail environment with custom architectural features. After surviving a major flood in 1989, we modernized our store design while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.Third-generation leader Todd Wilkinson joined in 1994, bringing fresh perspectives to our operations. Our 2002 expansion to 4,400 square feet enabled comprehensive head-to-toe menswear offerings, followed by the 2010 launch of Regs Footwear with 24 brands. We further diversified in 2013 by introducing women's wear and footwear. Throughout our history, dedicated team members like Aurel Lahaye, John Larose, and Todd Wilkinson have maintained our tradition of personalized service while adapting to changing retail landscapes. Today, we continue serving Greater Sudbury's fashion needs with the same dedication to quality and customer satisfaction that Reg envisioned over 70 years ago.
