Mooring Services
TMCC provides 40 swing mooring slips for larger multihull vessels in Toronto's Outer Harbour. Senior members receive priority allocation with dedicated dinghy spaces. Our member-maintained mooring system ensures secure summer storage while offering easy access to downtown Toronto's waterfront.
Winter Storage
Secure winter storage for multihull boats up to 40 feet is available on TMCC's grounds. Members store boats on club-provided blocking systems while maintaining personal mast storage arrangements. Non-members may access space-permitting storage at premium rates with additional membership requirements.
Dry-Sail Access
Our 32-foot wide concrete launch ramp accommodates 15 dry-sail vessels under 250 sq.ft. Members utilize floating docks and storage sheds for seasonal boats, with optional annual locker rentals for gear storage during active sailing periods.
Clubhouse Facilities
The TMCC clubhouse features lounge seating, dining areas, and a protected porch with gas BBQs overlooking Lake Ontario. Forced-air heating and a wood stove enable year-round use for meetings, events, and member gatherings in Toronto's scenic Outer Harbour.
Reciprocal Membership

Senior Membership costs $450/year plus a $1,125 one-time initiation fee. Winter Storage Membership is $255/season, and Associate Membership is $115/year.
Does TMCC offer winter storage for non-members?
Non-members may access winter storage space permitting, at $2.80/sq ft (minimum $385) plus a $255 Winter Membership fee.
How are mooring spaces allocated?
Mooring spaces use a seniority system based on membership duration, with priority given to Senior Members who maintain voting rights and facility access.
