The store has received a variety of reviews, ranging from one to five stars.
Some customers, such as Marina Erfle and Bahareh Samadi, had horrible experiences at Itronics. Erfle mentioned that her device was not fixed for over three months and she was still charged for the service. Samadi experienced issues with her phone, including a cracked screen, broken sim cards, and a non-functioning touchscreen, and she had to return to the store seven times.
On the other hand, Jessica Glazer and Lorenzo Daieff had positive experiences with Itronics. Glazer has been a loyal customer for many years, praising the service for being understanding, compassionate, reliable, and reasonably priced. Daieff had a fast and successful repair of his iPhone's charging issue, costing him $51.74 CAD, and he was happy with the service.
However, Noah'S. Art had a terrible experience at the store, finding the staff to be ignorant and irresponsible.
