• *James Persaud, P.Eng, Commissioning Authority - Business Development, Client Relationship, Project Delivery* - With over 20 years of experience in the engineering industry, James manages and oversees all engineering activities to provide professional engineering services. His focus is on results through a collaborative integrated team approach, working directly with the client to develop strategies and plans that have immediate and long-term continuous positive impacts on facilities and operations.
• *Allen Lau, C.E.T, Commissioning Authority* - Allen brings over 35 years of experience in designing, testing, and commissioning systems. His experience includes high voltage and low voltage power distribution systems, emergency generator power supply systems, nurse call, lighting and lighting control systems, security systems, and fire alarm systems. Allen manages and oversees the testing and commissioning as a project manager for hospitals, laboratories, universities, and offices buildings.
