Our story began with Robert Jones, a factory-trained technician with a Master Technician level certification in 1992 with OMC. With over 25 years of experience working on boats ranging from small inflatables to 75' charter yachts, Robert has honed his skills to provide personalized service to his customers. His expertise spans various engine brands, including Mercury, Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo, Johnson, Evinrude, Honda, and Suzuki.

Poor Experience at Jones Marine
Jones Marine has consistently failed to meet the expectations of its customers. According to one reviewer, Scott Vitias, the company damaged his outboard motor during service, and when he returned to pick it up, the gas tank was leaking fuel. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident, as Vitias mentioned that the company damaged the shift lever on his motor during subsequent service work. On the other end of the spectrum, both P. S. and J'Aime-Lee Ridge had incredibly positive experiences at Jones Marine. P. S. purchased a fishing kayak from the company and was pleased with the staff's advice and guidance in finding the right product. The company even worked out a great deal, as they were able to sell P. S. a demo model at a discounted price. J'Aime-Lee Ridge had a similarly exceptional experience, as the staff at Jones Marine stayed late to show her and her husband a kayak and provide education on the proper kayak for their needs. The reviewer praised Rob, the staff member, for his exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a smooth purchase process.
