As a compassionate and insightful psychotherapist, I, Danielle Furlan, am dedicated to helping individuals create a life that genuinely resonates with their deepest desires and aspirations. Integrative Approach

My integrative approach to psychotherapy combines various therapeutic modalities to provide tailored treatment plans that cater to each client's distinct needs. This approach acknowledges the complex interplay between the mind and body and recognizes that every individual is unique. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify the most effective strategies for their specific circumstances.

Holistic Therapy

As a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I draw from a variety of therapeutic models, including somatic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and psychodynamic therapies. My goal is to empower individuals to alleviate anxiety, transition through difficult life stages, find their purpose, process grief, re-build confidence and self-esteem, and heal old emotional wounds.

Certified Hypnotherapist

As a certified hypnotherapist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), I understand the profound impact that hypnosis can have on an individual's well-being. My approach to hypnotherapy is centered on empowering individuals to access their subconscious mind, overcome fears and phobias, and reprogram their thoughts and behaviors.

Teletherapy

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, I shifted my practice to online therapy, and I am now conducting sessions via phone or video. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience, making it possible for individuals from all over the world to access my services.

My core values are centered around compassion, empathy, and intuition. I believe that individuals have the capacity to create the life they desire, and it is my role to support and guide them in achieving their goals. My approach is focused on solutions rather than just managing symptoms, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
