Office Staff and Wait Time Concerns
A number of reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the office staff, describing them as rude and unfriendly. The wait time, both to book an appointment and in the office, was also a common complaint, with some patients experiencing waits of over an hour past their scheduled appointment time.
Positive Experiences with Doctors
However, several reviewers had positive experiences with the doctors at the clinic, particularly Dr. Strom and Dr. Nolen, who were described as kind, caring, and wonderful. Dr. Strom was noted as being the reason some patients stayed with the clinic despite issues with the office staff and wait times.
Negative Experiences and Unprofessional Behavior
Unfortunately, several reviewers reported negative experiences, including being hung up on by staff, being denied requests for hospital assistance, and feeling pressured and guilty for not wanting a flu shot.
