Our History

B.U.K. Investments was founded by Becker and Kries in 1981, following the success of their German-based business, Becker & Kries. Our Canadian operations began with the acquisition of industrial and flex buildings throughout the Lower Mainland of Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Over the years, we have developed a portfolio of approximately 1.2 million square feet of industrial and flex buildings, including the International Business Park and Crestwood Place in Richmond, and the Maritime Industrial Complex on Vancouver Island.
