Multi-Family Residential
Multi-family residential buildings are a highly sought-after asset class in Canada, with a strong demand for housing and limited supply. At SiteLine, we focus on properties situated in key markets throughout the country.
Economic Fundamentals
The economic fundamentals supporting purpose-built multi-family residential buildings continue to be positive due to:
- Strong net migration
- Higher cost of housing
- A shortage of quality properties
As a result, the industry continues to experience steady growth.
