We make it easy for you to book an appointment with us. You can book an appointment online or at our reception desk. We encourage you to give us as much notice as possible when booking an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment to another patient.

We are open to serve you the following hours:
- East Airdrie Medical Centre: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sunday - Closed
- Beiseker Medical Clinic: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Closed

Hygiene and Sanitation Issues
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic. Rachael Mercedes mentioned finding dried liquid on the patient exam bed and notes of children's hand smears on the walls. MacKenzie Weaver noticed the unsanitary conditions of the waiting room, including dried liquid on the patient exam bed.
Lack of Competent Staff
Many reviewers have complained about the front-end staff, describing them as rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Several reviewers have experienced long wait times at the clinic, and some have been unhappy with the doctors' bedside manner.
Mismanagement and Poor Organization
Amanda Carter and Esther Huang have both expressed concerns about the poor management and organization of the clinic. Carter mentions that the front-end staff do not ensure the clinic is run smoothly, which leads to long wait times and frustration. Huang notes that the doctor she saw made promises he did not keep and was dismissive.
Unqualified and Inexperienced Doctors
Laura-Dawn Loveman and Jessica Ramsay have both described their experiences with doctors who, in their opinion, are unqualified and inexperienced. Loveman claims that one doctor did not perform a proper examination and prescribed wide-range antibiotics without understanding the patient's condition. Ramsay was told that her rash would go away on its own and was not offered any further treatment.
Lack of Professionalism
Marina Boles and Jordyn Rotheisler have both described their experiences with rude and unaccommodating staff. Boles notes that the front-end staff are incompetent and unkind. Rotheisler was frustrated with the lack of professionalism shown by the doctor who refused to see her for a referral.
