Quality of Work and Professionalism
Bryan's work was highly praised by one reviewer, Phontip Sananikone, who gave him 5 stars. They hired him to fix a wooden fence, replace wood panels on the deck and steps, and he did a good job. He was responsive to questions, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to talk to. He was also honest and charged a fair price.
On the other hand, two reviewers, Lorenzo and Gepg Gepgist, had a poor experience with Bryan. They both gave him 1 star reviews. Lorenzo hired Bryan to replace fence posts, but Brian failed to follow up on his quote, never returning his calls. Gepg Gepgist hired Bryan to restore and seal a cedar deck, but he did a subpar job, causing uneven absorption and pooling of water on the wood surface. Gepg Gepgist also experienced poor communication, as they received no responses when trying to contact Bryan about the issues.
