Communication and Responsiveness
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the company's communication and responsiveness. Kendra Rodgers and Shu Chen both reported not receiving responses to their inquiries, with Rodgers waiting over two weeks for answers to simple questions and Chen not receiving a response despite multiple attempts to contact the company.
