  • Rob Kennedy: With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Rob has successfully led numerous estate agency offices, transforming each office into top-performing teams. He co-founded Philip James Kennedy in 2003 and is a shareholder in Philip James Partnership Ltd.
  • Rob Cuffe: With a passion for property, Rob has built a successful team in Manchester City Centre, Salford Quays, and surrounding areas. His drive and determination have made him an accomplished property expert.

Frustrating and Distressing Experience

One tenant, Amanda Duan, had a terrible experience with Philip James Lettings. She was unable to relocate for a new job opportunity due to the company's inflexibility with her tenancy contract. Despite her efforts to find a suitable replacement, the company refused to allow her to move out unless her flatmate also moved out. This led to a significant loss, including a dream job offer and a substantial deposit.
