Our Story
At Clearbrook Coffee Company, we're rooted in a passion for fine coffees. Our founders began roasting on a small scale in Abbotsford, BC, initially as a personal quest for excellence. However, demand for our beans quickly grew beyond family and friends, and our hand-crafted coffee is now served throughout the Lower Mainland. We're intent on pursuing excellence, and our introduction into the market has been gradual, with a focus on presenting the finest Artisan Coffee to market.
Our Commitment to Quality
Time has been spent under the tutelage of elite master roasters in the industry to guarantee the highest quality in roasting, blending, and sourcing beans. We purchase beans from some of the most prestigious coffee brokers in the business, and as a member of the SCAA Specialty Coffee Association Of America, each of our hand-crafted coffees is chosen for its exceptional quality and taste. While the majority of our current offerings are Fair Trade and Organic, we also offer some exceptional direct trade coffees. Each origin is roasted in small batches, and is cupped to ensure quality.

At Clearbrook Coffee Company, each origin is roasted to precision in our gas-fueled roaster. Temperature, flame intensity, and length of the roasting process are all carefully monitored to ensure unique and optimal flavor profiles. After the roasting process is complete, each batch is cupped to guarantee consistency and quality throughout. While we strive to ensure you receive the finest hand-crafted coffee, there are things you can do to guarantee you get the most out of your beans.
