He also mentioned that the intercom system is not accessible to residents, despite paying for their services. Guy Zaczek also expressed concerns about investing in a property with such an ineffective management team.

Ali F. had a more positive experience with the property, mentioning that the food is "good and fresh" and that there is easy parking and outdoor sitting available. However, Michel Neto reported that the "luxury" corridors are rarely cleaned, indicating that the property may not maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
