Michael Wright described the credit union as incompetent, citing issues with communication, paperwork, and gaslighting.

Racism and Unfair Practices

Leadership and Decision-Making

Corey Bugeja was a former employee who described the credit union's leadership under the current CEO as responsible for the downfall of the organization. Bugeja alleged that the CEO prioritized her own interests and those of her friends over the well-being of the credit union and its members. The reviewer also mentioned that payroll had increased despite employment cuts and that the credit union had engaged in questionable practices.
