Our History
Our company was founded by Loren, who has been involved in the pool and spa industry since he was just 10 years old. Loren has worked for various pool and spa companies in Edmonton, gaining valuable experience in all types of pools and spas. After working for major pool and spa companies, he decided to take the plunge and start his own service business, Elite Pool & Spa Service, in 2006.

Customer Service: Many reviewers have voiced concerns about the quality of customer service at Elite Pools. Lt Dan's review mentions being rudely cut off during a conversation when a delivery arrived, and Richard Mottershead's review expresses frustration with being given false information and high prices. Eldon Carefoot, on the other hand, seems to have had a positive experience with the staff, describing them as "nice people".
Prices and Quality: Richard Mottershead's review highlights a significant discrepancy in prices between Elite Pools and other retailers, noting that they charge $25 for a bag of salt while other stores sell it for $7.49. He also points out that Elite's salt is not significantly better quality than the cheaper alternatives. Furthermore, the review suggests that Elite's prices for pool equipment, such as heat exchangers, are exorbitant.
Workmanship: Eldon Carefoot's review is the only one to praise the quality of work provided by Elite Pools, stating that they did a "great job" fixing his pool and did it in a timely manner.
