Competitive Gymnastics Training
Our competitive program develops elite athletes through structured skill progression and advanced technique training. Gymnasts train 2-4 hours weekly with nationally certified coaches, preparing for provincial and national competitions. The program has produced three Canadian National Team members and over 100 championship medalists since 1973.
Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Recreational programs for ages 6+ focus on fundamental gymnastics skills through weekly 75-minute sessions. Classes follow a semester system with progressive curriculum covering floor exercises, bars, beams, and trampoline. Participants develop coordination, strength, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Preschool Gymnastics Programs

Peter Allan
Co-Owner & Head Coach
With 40+ years coaching experience, Peter has trained multiple national champions and served as Team BC coach five times. He co-founded Falcon Gymnastics in 1973, bringing expertise from his career as a competitive gymnast and sports school instructor in Slovakia.
Renata Allan
Co-Owner & Level 3 Coach
Renata brings 30+ years of coaching experience from Slovakia's sports schools to Falcon Gymnastics. A Level 3 nationally certified coach and former national judge, she has developed numerous provincial champions while maintaining active involvement in daily operations since 2006.
