Our services include Chiropractic adjustments, laser therapy, acupuncture, orthotics, and nutrition coaching. We also offer a range of therapies and treatments to address specific conditions and concerns.

Chiropractic
At Associate Chiropractic Centre, our approach to Chiropractic care is centered around providing a conservative, drug-free treatment of dysfunctions in the spine that can lead to nerve interference and pain. Our Doctors of Chiropractic are trained to identify and remove "Subluxations", or nerve interferences, which are often referred to as "pinched nerves", "slipped discs", and "back out of alignment". By removing these Subluxations, our Chiropractors aim to relieve pain, improve range of motion, and promote overall health and wellness.
Laser Therapy
We offer Theralase Therapeutic Laser Treatments, a natural and effective treatment for pain relief. Therapeutic lasers work by supplying energy to the body in the form of billions of photons of light. This energy stimulates cellular processes, increases collagen synthesis, and enhances tissue repair. Nutrition Coaching
Our Nutrition Coach, Kat Baxter, is a certified expert in nutrition and exercise science, with a passion for empowering clients to achieve their health goals. Kat's approach to nutrition emphasizes creating lasting change through sustainable lifestyle habits and personalized nutrition plans. Our nutrition coaching services include one-on-one consultations, group classes, and online coaching programs.
Office Hours
Our office hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; Wednesday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
About Our Nutrition Coach
Kat Baxter, our Nutrition Coach, has a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, both from St. Francis Xavier University. Kat has completed her post-graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber College in Toronto. Kat is dedicated to empowering clients to achieve healthy and sustainable lifestyles through personalized nutrition plans and coaching.
Appointments and Communication
