Poor Service and Treatment from Adonai Property Management & Realty Inc.
The reviews shared by Gaurav Kori, Canadian Nature Sounds, and the negative experiences they had with Adonai Property Management & Realty Inc. Unfortunately, the company failed to provide good service, leading to numerous issues.
Lack of Communication and Unprofessional Behavior
Gaurav Kori and Canadian Nature Sounds both experienced unprofessional behavior and poor communication from the company. Gaurav mentioned that the agent was 15 minutes late twice and did not provide any information about the property they were showing. Canadian Nature Sounds had a similar experience, where the agent failed to disclose the location and details of the property they rented.
Inconsiderate Treatment of Tenants
Canadian Nature Sounds's experience with Adonai Property Management & Realty Inc. was particularly egregious. Despite providing the company with notice of their intention to leave the property, they were still charged $2000 for damages and had their deposit taken. The company failed to act in good faith and treated them poorly, taking advantage of their circumstances.
