Safety Concerns and Disappointing Experiences

Several reviewers had a negative experience with the clinic, citing safety concerns and disappointing interactions with staff. Charles Shepherd, who gave the clinic 1 star, had a terrible experience from the start, including being told he should have called to cancel his initial appointment and being given filthy flip flops to wear during treatment.
