Our journey began in 1989 when our founder, Doug McLaughlin, started the business with a vision to provide exceptional HVAC services to the community. Over the years, our family grew, and so did our business. Our son, Scott McLaughlin, joined the team in 2005 and learned the ins and outs of the business. In 2008, our daughter, Kelly, started helping out in the office, keeping the family atmosphere alive. In 2011, Doug and Wanda sold the business to their son, Scott, who has continued to grow and expand the company.
