Our Story
At My Thai Fresh Kitchen, we're proud of our rich history and heritage. Our story began in the year 2000, when our founder, Vanh Kalong, had a yearning for freedom and a desire for financial security and independence. She had a vision to carry the weight of success or failure on her own shoulders, making choices that would determine her own outcome. With a "if you build it, they will come" attitude, she set out to open a Thai cuisine restaurant in the downtown core of Hamilton, Ontario.
Our Journey
In 2001, My Thai Fresh Kitchen opened its doors on John Street, and from that moment on, we've been dedicated to serving authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. Our team of staff worked tirelessly to educate food lovers about the rich culture and cuisine of Thailand. We believe that our commitment to quality, taste, and community has inspired people to return time and time again.

Our Cuisine
Our chefs use only the freshest and local ingredients to create dishes that will transport you to the streets of Thailand. From our spicy Tom Yum soup to our Green curry, Pad Thai or our famous Sticky rice with Mango, we have something for everyone. We're proud of our menu and our approach to Thai cuisine, and we're confident that you'll love our food.

We have four locations across Southwestern Ontario, including Ancaster, Brantford, Cambridge, and Paris. Our locations offer a unique and authentic dining experience, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're in the mood for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner, we're here to serve you.

Food Quality
