Positive Experience
Dr. Gary Diamond and his staff have received numerous accolades from satisfied patients. These patients have praised the dentist for going above and beyond to accommodate their needs. One patient left a message on the day before New Year's Eve and received a prompt call back from Dr. Diamond, who even saw them on New Year's Day to fix a dental issue. Other patients have commended Dr. Diamond for being polite, friendly, and accommodating. Some patients have also appreciated the educational experience they receive during their appointments.
Mixed Experience
However, not all patients have had a positive experience with Dr. Diamond's office. Two patients have expressed frustration with the front desk staff, citing issues with appointment scheduling, insurance billing, and rude phone etiquette. One patient was given an incorrect appointment time and was subsequently treated rudely when they tried to explain the mistake. Another patient reported recurring issues with insurance billing and rude communication from the front desk.
