Confusion and Disappointment
Many customers have expressed frustration with the store's unclear information and poor service. Mina Gobrial was disappointed when the store was closed despite claiming to open at 9 am. Despite explaining the situation to an employee, she was dismissed and the door was closed. Nilufar Khomidova was left without flowers on Mother's Day after being promised they would arrive by 8 pm. The store's customer service failed to update her on the change in delivery time.
