Andrew Confente
Andrew Confente, a partner at Confente Garcea, has been practicing law since 1994. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from McGill University and his law degree from the University of Windsor. Andrew's practice focuses on criminal law, including criminal code, drug and federal offenses, youth crime, and provincial offenses. Prior to co-founding Confente Garcea, Andrew served as a part-time prosecutor in criminal and federal matters.
Sam Garcea
Sam Garcea, a partner at Confente Garcea, has been practicing law exclusively in Hamilton, Ontario for over 25 years. Sam attended the University of Waterloo, earning a Bachelor's degree, and later attended the University of Manitoba for his Master's degree. He completed his law degree at the University of Windsor. Sam has been called to the Bar since 1994.
