History

Well Guard Insurance Brokers Ltd, the property and casualty division of Well Guard Insurance, was incorporated in 1985. With the desire to meet consumers' multi-lines insurance needs, Well Guard Insurance Agency Inc., the life and financial service division, was incorporated in 1988. From our humble beginning in 1985, Well Guard Insurance started with one insurer representation and evolved into a reputable brokerage representing over 40 companies and insurance wholesalers.
