Our Team

Our team is led by Scott Phemister, President of Phemister Insurance & Financial Services Ltd. With 37 years of experience in the financial industry, Scott specializes in insurance, investments, and retirement planning for both individuals and businesses. He is also a past president and active member of the South Surrey Rotary club and a long-standing member of Advocis, the financial advisor association of Canada.

Ross Phemister, our other team member, graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2014. Ross has been self-employed as a financial advisor since then and has recently transitioned his practice to Phemister Insurance & Financial Services Ltd. He is currently working towards obtaining his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and is an active member of Advocis.
