Unacceptable Performance
However, one reviewer has shared a dismal experience with the firm. Jackie Worsdell gave Newman Accounting a 1-star rating and expressed severe disappointment with the quality of service they received. According to Worsdell, the firm made multiple errors on her business account, which resulted in penalties, interest, and a significant financial burden. The reviewer claimed that the firm failed to file quarterly WSIB returns, HST returns, and personal income tax returns, and also failed to utilize the QuickBooks software correctly. Worsdell also criticized the firm's lack of communication and accountability, stating that the firm's excuse for the errors was that "it slipped through the cracks."
