Our journey began as a paving stone company in 2009, with a single devoted crew. Disappointing Experience
Roman Scapes was involved in a landscaping project with one of their customers in the summer of 2021. Unfortunately, the experience ended in disappointment. The customer, who had limited knowledge of landscaping, felt that the quality of work was subpar, particularly in the backyard. The sod was laid, but after watering, standing water and dying plants were noticed, despite dry conditions. The customer also pointed out that the ground in their backyard was uneven and unlevel, which was not properly finished. The customer felt that the company lacked attention to detail, deflected their concerns, and failed to take ownership of the unsatisfactory work.
