Incompetence and Unprofessionalism
The reviewers, Cooking In Halifax and Annalee Cutler, share similar experiences with a lawyer's firm. They both express extreme disappointment and frustration with the service they received.
Incompetence
The lawyer and his paralegal are described as "incompetent" by Cooking In Halifax. The firm took over a month to close a house sale, which was done incorrectly, and the blame was placed on the client. Cooking In Halifax implies that the lawyer is too old to be practicing and should have retired long ago.
Annalee Cutler also experienced incompetence, as the documents they requested were not prepared within the agreed-upon timeframe. Despite having a deadline, the firm failed to deliver, and no one returned their calls or emails.
Unprofessionalism
Cooking In Halifax describes the receptionist as "cranky" and the paralegal, Tracey, as having a "terribly entitled attitude problem." Annalee Cutler describes the experience as "terrible" and "extremely unprofessional."
Unmet Expectations
Both reviewers were expecting a certain level of service, but it fell far short of their expectations. The firm's failure to deliver on their promises has led to frustration, stress, and overall disappointment.
