Our Firm
Cadman Law was established in the Tri-Cities in 1984. Over time, our firm has grown to encompass all major areas of legal practice, offering residents of the Tri-Cities a centrally located, comprehensive hub of legal services. Our Services
Our commitment to doing legal work has influenced our decision to offer services in real estate, business law, wills & estates, immigration, and collections & foreclosures. We provide a broad range of legal services, including purchase and sale of real estate, corporate/commercial transactions, residential and multifamily subdivisions, immigration applications, preparing wills, power of attorneys, representation agreements, and committee applications, among others.
Our Lawyers
Our legal team has a range of business and personal experience, and a variety of personal and professional interests. Our collective goal is to provide top-quality legal services by listening to our clients, using our technical skills and experience, and considering creative solutions, tailored to the needs of each client.
Initial Disappointments
Many customers experienced delays in receiving responses from the company, which affected their decision-making processes and led to added costs. Additionally, some reviewers felt that their referrals were not acknowledged or reciprocated with rewards or discounts, leaving a sense of disappointment and frustration.
Poor Communication and Service
Several reviewers had poor experiences with regards to communication. Adam Kerr stated that the company was "borderline inept" and lacked communication, while Elizabeth Rosalyn The was treated poorly and insultingly by the receptionist. Mario Avila also experienced frustration with the company's pace, taking 7 months to complete a title transfer and ignoring multiple emails from the customer.

On the other hand, Miro Ceperkovic and Matikal T. had excellent experiences with the company. Both praised the professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency of their representatives, Bill Cadman and Brian Kaminski respectively. They would highly recommend the company to others.
