Unprofessional Service and False Information
Some guests, like Mariah Lopez, had a negative experience at the spa due to unprofessional service. Mariah and her friend had booked online and upon arrival, they were greeted by a staffer who was on the phone and seemed reluctant to serve them. The staffer, Victoria, provided false information about their booking and attempted to sell them a more expensive service. Despite this, Mariah praised her technician, Frances, who was kind and skilled.
Exceptional Service and Amenities
On the other hand, many guests had a wonderful experience at the spa. Cari Irvine, Pam Beck, Mc S, and Trevor Simmons all raved about the excellent service and amenities. Cari and her family enjoyed the thermal pools, saunas, and Massages, praising the award-winning staff. Pam and her husband appreciated their couples massage and found it to be the best massage they had received worldwide. Mc S enjoyed the deep tissue massage, waiting room, shower room, and Himalayan salt sauna, considering it a "full amazing rejuvenating experience." Trevor and his wife enjoyed the outdoor salt spa and the friendly staff.
Mixed Experiences with Facilities
Some guests had mixed experiences with the facilities. Maryam Salik found the indoor sauna to be not hot enough, but the staff were lovely and the tea corner was a nice touch. Lar K enjoyed the ambiance and the free valet parking, but found the indoor sauna to be a bit of a letdown.
General Feedback
Overall, guests appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and amenities. However, some guests had issues with the facilities, service, or false information.
