Our Team
Our team is comprised of skilled individuals with a range of expertise, from carpentry to design. Our owner, Paul Etheridge, has a background in Landscape Architecture from the University of British Columbia. He is joined by a talented and dedicated team, including our Project Coordinator, Nicky Etheridge, our Office Manager, Simon Lacey, and our Site Supervisor, Roy Tupper. We also have a team of skilled designers, draftsmen, and carpenters who work together to bring our clients' visions to life.

Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behaviour

The reviewer, Pam Berg, shares her disappointing experience with the contractors who were supposed to finish her landlords' upper deck by the end of January. However, the project is now stalled, and the workers seem to come and go randomly, with no clear updates provided.

She explains that the workers would sometimes show up for a few minutes one week and then not appear for weeks, leaving materials in the yard. The final straw for Pam Berg was when the workers showed up unexpectedly after noon and started hammering away, disrupting her work and forcing her to cancel a client call. The experience has been extremely unprofessional, and she would not recommend the company to anyone.
