Gold Mining Operations
Mako operates the high-grade San Albino gold mine in Nicaragua using open pit methods with underground potential. Our processing plant employs crushing, milling, gravity separation, and Carbon In Leach technologies to achieve 73-85% gold recovery rates. The operation maintains zero discharge through water recycling and dry tails stacking systems.
Mineral Exploration
We conduct district-scale exploration across 188 km in Nicaragua's Corona de Oro Gold Belt. Our activities include geological mapping, trenching, soil sampling, and diamond drilling to identify orogenic gold deposits. Recent programs have focused on expanding resources at Las Conchitas South and San Albino North targets.
Mine Development
Our phased development strategy includes engineering studies, environmental permitting, and infrastructure construction.
