Warren Sinclair LLP has a rich history dating back over thirty years. The firm was founded in 1979 by two lawyers and four staff, operating under the name "Foster Lizee". Over the years, the firm has undergone several name changes, including "Sisson Warren Sinclair", and has expanded to become one of Red Deer's largest law firms. In 2017, the firm merged with Gerig Hamilton Neeland LLP, further expanding its capabilities and services.
