Pelvic health physiotherapy involves the treatment of disorders concerning the pelvis, thorax & diaphragm, pelvic floor muscles, bladder and bowel organs. We provide professional, sensitive, and individualized assessment and treatment in a private setting. Our pelvic health physiotherapists are experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, from urinary incontinence to pelvic organ prolapse.
Orthopaedic Physiotherapy
Orthopaedic physiotherapy includes treatment of the musculoskeletal and neurological systems (the muscles, nerves, and bones of the body) that have been subject to injury or trauma (acute or chronic). This includes sprains, strains, post-fracture, post-surgery, and repetitive injuries. Our orthopaedic physiotherapists are skilled in treating various conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain and inflammation.
Massage Therapy
Our associate massage therapists will customize your treatment to assist with injury recovery, relaxation, and pain relief. Massage therapy can be an effective tool in reducing stress, improving circulation, and reducing muscle tension.
