Our Story
With over 20 years in service, SeymourFair Insurance Brokers Inc. was formed in January 2008. Prior to that, it was NorthwoodFair and Associates. David Fair has 36 years in the insurance industry, and Rick Seymour has 20 years. We are a small office consisting of seven employees and pride ourselves on delivering great personal service to all our clients. Our commitment to customer service, professionalism, leading-edge technology, and excellence makes Seymourfair Insurance well-known throughout Southern Ontario.
Our Team
At SeymourFair, we have a dedicated team of experienced professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients. David Fair, our Principal Broker/Owner, has 36 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been a licensed broker since 1981. David has worked for a number of brokers since 1981 and has a strong reputation for being reliable, informative, responsive, patient, and accommodating.
Kari DiPasquale, our Administrator, has been in the insurance industry since 2003 and has been with SeymourFair since 2004. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the insurance industry.
Rick Seymour, our Personal and Commercial Lines Producer, has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has a strong understanding of the ever-changing insurance market. Rick has a passion for helping his clients find the perfect insurance policy to suit their needs.
Stuart Laing, our Personal and Commercial Lines Broker, has 37 years of experience in the insurance industry and has worked with a variety of insurance companies, underwriting, marketing, and insurance broking. Stuart is a graduate of Mohawk College Business Insurance Administration Program and has obtained his Chartered Insurance Professional (C.I.P.) and Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (F.C.I.P.) from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
Liz O'Laughlin, our Commercial Lines Manager, has almost 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has worked in various brokerages in the Niagara Region. Liz has a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients.
Kerry DiPasquale, our Personal Lines CSR, has 24 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with SeymourFair since 2006. Kerry has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the insurance industry and is always ready to help her clients with any insurance-related questions or concerns.

Disappointing experiences
Some reviewers have reported poor service and a lack of care for their customers. For example, Christopher Cage reported that after being with the brokerage for several years, he received a renewal from his current provider and did not shop around for a better deal. As a result, he ended up paying $1100 more per year for the same coverage. Josh Gander agreed, stating that the brokerage is "typical uncaring ignorant rip arists" who do not pay out when customers need them.
