Our Story
Our story began in 1968, when we first introduced the traditional Portuguese Custard Tart (Pastel de Nata) to the GTA. This recipe originated in the "Jeronimos" Convent in Lisbon, Portugal circa 1830. Over the years, we have remained faithful to the original recipe, using the same time-honored methods to create our iconic Portuguese Custards.
