Our Story
Our journey began with the vision of our entrepreneur, Omar Momand, who brought his love for the culinary arts to Canada in 2006. With a passion for cooking, Omar discovered his talent for creating mouth-watering Afghan dishes while working at his family-owned restaurant, Bamiyan Kabob. This led him to establish Watan Kabob in Mississauga in 2012 and later team up with Harirud Corporation to open Caravan Kabob House in Brampton in 2014. Today, Caravan Kabob House is a renowned destination for 100% halal certified Afghan cuisine in all of Ontario.
