The overall experience with Arrow Engineering seems to be largely negative, with several reviewers expressing disappointment and frustration with the company's professionalism, communication, and responsiveness.
Professionalism and Communication
Reviews highlight Arrow Engineering's poor professionalism and unresponsiveness. Two reviewers, Chris and James Scramstad, had extremely negative experiences, citing a lack of communication and responsiveness from the company. James, in particular, had a contract with one of the lead engineers, but despite polite communications, received no deliverables and was eventually left with no choice but to terminate the contract.
Positive Encounters

Garrett Kelly praised the company's mints, while Isaac Wirzba appreciated the great staff who were always willing to answer questions. Rob MacDonald also had a generally positive experience, rating the company 4 stars for their work inspecting the structure of his condo before renovations.
