Meet Our Optometrists
Our team of optometrists is composed of passionate and educated professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Meet Dr. Pui-Yee Ho, Dr. Stephanie Leon, and Dr. Renuka Sivanesan, who bring their unique expertise and commitment to patient-centered care to our practice.
Dr. Pui-Yee Ho, a long-time Brooklin resident, strongly believes in patient education and disease prevention. She is experienced in clinical optometry and has a special interest in ocular diseases and therapeutic treatments. Dr. Ho is also an advocate for volunteering and has participated in volunteer eye care missions to provide free eye care to underprivileged communities.
Dr. Stephanie Leon, born and raised in Whitby, practices full-scope optometry and is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. She has experience in pediatric optometry and has a strong commitment to her community, providing on-site eye care services to patients at the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Services.
Dr. Renuka Sivanesan, a graduate of the University of Waterloo, has extensive training in pediatric optometry and has worked in primary care optometry in Chicago. She takes pride in providing high-quality care to her patients and is passionate about teaching and mentoring.
Community Involvement
At Brooklin Optometric Centre, we believe in giving back to our community. We participate in local charitable initiatives and partner with organizations to provide free eye care to those in need. We also collect used glasses for donation to Medical Service International, a charitable organization that matches prescriptions with patients in developing countries.
