Issues with Quality of Work
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the quality of work performed by Mainland Plumbing. Author Hilton House had issues with a zone valve replacement, citing that the technician only partially completed the job and charged excessively for the service. Similarly, Author Stephanie Sharma had a poor experience with the installation of an air conditioning unit, which took multiple appointments and required additional fixes.
Lack of Communication and Follow-up

Foadi mentioned that the company left a leaking toilet, knowing it was leaking, and took three days to install. Author Natalie Maida was left without hot water for four days when the installer refused to install the hot water tank due to the location.
