Phenomena Hair Design was opened in 2007 by Chau and Holly, a passionate team of hairstylists who share a vision of delivering outstanding hair design services. With years of experience, we have honed our skills to provide a wide range of hair care solutions, from colours to treatments, and styles to cuts. Our salon is located in Sullivan Square, Surrey, and we are easily accessible by public transportation or by car.
