Poor Service Experiences
Several reviewers had disappointing experiences with the service at D'lites. Some reported rude and unhelpful employees, while others had inconsistencies with portion sizes and received poor treatment. Author S. C. had a terrible service experience, stating that the employee was "sitting on the chair doing nothing" and had a bad and rude attitude.
